Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at icewindfan@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
